Our three founders, Ron Black, Doug Grosch, and Dale Schawe started this company with nearly 60 years of combined electrical and contracting experience. Since then, the team as grown from the original three estimators and a crew of seven to an outstanding 100 full-time employee team lead by our five project managers/estimators.
